Today I learned that Eric Turton, former disgraced Texas attorney, died today at a local hospital. I heard Turton suffered his first stroke in 2011 and his second stroke a few months ago. It is my understanding Turton was in a coma at the time he died.
If you have been reading this blog, then you know I am not a fan of Eric Turton. What he did as acting attorney for the WAO in 2009-2010 bordered (if not crossed over) on criminal behavior.
Apparently I wasn't the only one who saw through his facade:
I wonder if Turton knew, before he died, that he was listed as the 2012-2013 tax e-Postcard as ASAP's principal officer. I'd wager he did not.
And let's not forget this one...
So it looks like Turton died poor, disgraced, and alone in a hospital bed. Finally, justice served.
