I cannot believe that after eight long years, the WAO case is finally coming to a close. Below is the final decree and the monetary distribution list to reimburse the WAO creditors.
It still appalls me that the Asvestas get some of the Talley Road money. You may recall, the Asvestas' were supposed to drop their lawsuit against the WAO animals in exchange for cash. As of March 11, 2014, the lawsuit has not been dropped by the Asvestas.
Now that this case is finally winding down, I cannot help but reflect at all the lives that were lost during the course of this case. And all for what?
Money.
