Good-Bye LIttle Joe

It is always heartbreaking to learn the passing of yet another former WAO exotic animal.  God Bless Little Joe in Heaven.  He was such a sweet cougar--I just can't believe he's gone too.

Hello Cedarhill!
I was wondering how Little Joe and Taz were doing? I understand they relocated from San Antonio's WAO to your sanctuary a few years back. Just checking in to see how they are doing today! Thanks

• Cedarhill Animal Sanctuary Hey Mark! Taz is doing great and is such a sweet friendly boy! However, Little Joe past away, he did not suffer and lived a happy life while he was here!

• Mark Hernandez Great to hear Taz is doing great and that he's enjoying his new home. So sorry to ready about Little Joe -- was in cancer? So many animals died from cancer at the WAO, so I was just wondering his cause of death. How long did Little Joe have at Cedarhill? However long it was, it wasn't enough--he deserved a long and happy life at his new home.

• Cedarhill Animal Sanctuary Little Joe was only here for about year before we, unexpectedly, found he had passed away in his enclosure. We aren't positive about what caused his death, but we can assure you he had a happy life his short time here and he was such a kind cougar.
