Normally, I don't like to post anything unsubstantiated to
this blog until I have additional info to act upon, but since I've been only
been able to verify half of the following information, I've decided to post
this anyway with the hopes of amending this posting in the near feature.
A couple of weeks ago, an insider close to Carol Asvestas
passed on to me that her www.animalsasap.org website was down. I did some checking and this is what I found
out from Go-Daddy.com:

I looked up https://www.domainsbyproxy.com/Default.aspx and
discovered that:
With a public registration,
personal information is available for anyone to see in the Whois listing
for his domain - anywhere, anytime.
But a private registration with Domains By Proxy shields
personal information from public display -- and the private email address we
create allows the owner to control who reaches him.
Oh wow! Unless you
are law enforcement, there is no way to find out who actually owns this
site! Which begs the question, who is
just sitting on this website domain and why?
Right now, no one is using it...
Carol allegedly theorized that perhaps Ron Asvestas picked up this website
just to spite her. Sadly, we may never
know for sure.
Losing her website must be a blow to Carol because how will
folks learn more about her scam non-profit and make "on-line"
donations? What worries me now is that
the animals still living on her property may suffer because of the lack of
funds coming to the website. But the
nightmare continues...I also learned, in light of this little new website
development, Carol Asvestas may have decided upon a new "calling" in
life. To start a non-profit that
supposedly helps physically impaired animals, that will in turn, help physically
impaired children. Oh my God. The two most precious innocents in the world
to be preyed upon by this human vulture makes me ill. I'll keep my eyes open for any web postings
to this effect. In the meantime, a little bombshell was dropped on me...and if
this part is true, then this will truly be explosive! Apparently, several individuals witnessed
James Anthony of the Texas OAG provide "off the record instructions,"
kind of like an insider’s guide on how to skirt the law and not get
caught to the WAO board of directors during his visit to the WAO. Comments like "Now I'm not
advising you to do this.... or "This is off the record..." or how
about "If I didn't want to get caught, then ...., but don't quote me on
that" were apparently bandied around quite a bit when James Anthony visited
the WAO. I wonder if these meetings were
secretly taped by the WAO? I sure hope
so, because I believe Texans need to know the truth about how our Texas OAG
really operates. So, I now have a new
mission...to put out some feelers to see if anyone has these tapes, and if they
do, to sweet talk them into giving the tapes to me... Wish me luck!
I know they are out there because I was told that Carol was fanatical
towards the end, taping conversations with others in the hopes of using them
against them someday...
