Motions Dealing With the Return of the WAO Truck and Sale of the Land

Here are two motions filed with the Bankruptcy Court dealing with the Jefferson State Bank and the proposed sale of Talley Road:
WAO Bankruptcy Case - Motion to Approve Stipulation and Agreement With Jefferson Bank - 110411

I wonder if the return of the truck to Jefferson Bank was the reason why Cryer took in the truck for repairs in September 2011?  How did Cryer damage the truck in the first place?

Hearing to Consider and Act Upon the Following: (Related Document(s): 182 Application to Employ Real Estate Broker, First American Commercial Property Group filed by William R. Davis Jr for Debtor Animal Sanctuary of the United States (Attachments: # 1 Exhibit A)(Davis, William)) Hearing Scheduled For 11/21/2011 at 09:30 AM at SA Courtroom 1 (Gutierrez, Joyce)***SET ON EXPEDITED BASIS, WILLIAM DAVIS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTICE***

WAO Bankruptcy Case - Expedite Hearing for Sale of Talley Road Set for 112111

Well, the sale of the land should go rather quickly--and soon new homes will be built on the property after the last monkey leaves the Talley Road property.  Can you imagine all the surprises awaiting the builders, once they start digging around Talley Road property?  I learned the dead animal burial pits were never emptied by the Asvestas.  I wonder if they are still there -- can you imagine the looks on peoples' faces once they stumble upon these 12x12 burial pits?  Not to mention all the shallow graves dug on the property to get rid of small animals?  Yikes!
