Well, this was an interesting turn of events. You may recall last week that IFAW and WAO met to discuss the current WAO bankruptcy situation. What I didn't know was a representative from the OAG was also there. How nice they are so concerned NOW that the WAO is closed. In any case, the WAO is asking for an extension due to the Talley Road land negotiations.
Supposedly, the WAO is in negotiations to sell the land to IFAW. Since the WAO animals, supplies, and equipment sits on two separate lots, I wonder if one or both lots are going to be sold to IFAW. I'm thinking both since the land dollar value assigned to the Talley Road land was one million dollars.
