Unexpected Developments from the Bankruptcy Court

I thought for sure this would be a slow month for the WAO and Bankruptcy Court.  I was wrong:

Objection to the Second Motijon of Asus to Extend Chapt 11 Plan of Reorg

From what I have been able to learn from my Texas OAG open records request, the "big" animal organization declined not to assume possession of the WAO.  So now what?

And there's more bad news for the WAO:

Motion of Jefferson Bank for Relief From Stay

Sworn Affidavit by Jefferson State Bank Employee

Exhibits to Jefferson State Banks Motion to Stay

Cryer signed all the loan paperwork, so it begs the question, did her self-appointed "board" know Cryer intended to put up all the WAO vehicles up for collateral, with absolutely no plan to raise the necessary funds to pay off the balance, resulting in the WAO losing most of its expensive assets?  Now that would be an interesting board meeting minutes I would like to see--how about you?

Later:  This notice was posted to the docket:

Hettinger for Creditor Jefferson Bank (Attachments: # 1 Affidavit Exhibit A# 2 Exhibit Exhibits 1 - 5)(Hettinger, Richard)) Hearing Scheduled For 7/5/2011 at 02:00 PM at SA Courtroom 1 (Elizondo, Lisa)

Davis Jr for Debtor Animal Sanctuary of the United States (Davis, William)) Hearing Scheduled For 7/6/2011 at 09:30 AM at SA Courtroom 1 (Elizondo, Lisa)

Later:

Looks like the WAO is trying to keep Jefferson State Bank from seizing its assets which was used as collateral to secure a loan made by Cryer last year:
