Well, it looks like HB 251 and HB 1546 are not going anywhere. However SB958 is pending a vote by the House. If Rep. Larson does not add the American Sanctuary Association to this Bill when it's voted on the House floor, the Bill goes onto the Governor's calendar for approval.
But if Rep. Larson is able to add ASA to the Bill, then the Bill goes to conference so both House and Senate can hash out the differences and if this happens, then the Bill moves on to Governor's calendar, else dies in conference.
From what I understand, there are a lot of Bills pending right now, and even if SB958 passes the House, it may not make it in time for the Governor's signature, unless the Bill is added to the Special Session.
