The Asvestas Are Going Back To Bankruptcy Court in May 2011

Here's the latest:

Keep in mind, the two documents above were filed BEFORE the OAG weighed in on the subject.

Looks like the Asvestas are off to court to respond to the remaining "salary owed" claims.  Now this should be interesting.

    I know I'm not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but if the Asvestas' sold the property to the WAO, the WAO was making payments to the original owners, and the WAO did not complete the payments, then...correct me if I'm wrong....the issue lies between the original owners and the WAO and the Asvestas' don't have a tootin' thing to do with it.
