WAO Bankruptcy Court Update (Again)

Two new updates to the WAO Bankruptcy Court Case.  First, the court hearing to review the Asvestas' Motion for Relief of Stay pertaining to the Leslie Road property was rescheduled for Monday, April 11, 2011 at 9:30am.  I would love to be a fly on the wall during that hearing!

The second update pertains to Barbara Hoffman's request to be considered a creditor agains the WAO:

I believe the Hoffmans have a strong case against the WAO since Jamie Cryer willfully destroyed her property without her consent.  It should be interesting to see how the WAO attorney responds to this response!
